Regina “Jeanne” Keleher, 93, beloved wife of the late Joseph Keleher, passed away on May 19, 2016. She was born in Boston, MA., September 16, 1922, daughter of Thomas and Mary (Fallon) Lynch.
Jeanne enjoyed a career in nursing, caring for veterans at the veteran’s hospital in Boston, MA. She also had worked for many years at John Hancock Insurance.
Jeanne’s family is grateful for the loving care shown to her by the staff at Bangor Nursing and Rehabilitation and by Martha Deane from DHHS, when they were not able to be there.

She was a loving and devoted mother to her son Joseph Keleher of Orono, who survives her, also of loving nieces and nephews, Sgt. James R. Lynch and his wife, Penny J. of Walpole, MA , Janet (Lynch) Mariano of Dedham, MA , Lillian Themo of Boston, MA and Jo-Anne Themo-Milano and her husband Chris of Peabody, MA.
Relatives and friends are welcome to call 11-1 pm. Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where a Funeral Liturgy outside of Mass, will be held at 1 pm., followed by the Rite of Committal at Mt. Pleasant Catholic Cemetery, Bangor.
