Obituary for Bob L. Babb

Lewiston, Pownal, and Bangor – Bob L. Babb, 87 died Sunday, June 19, 2016. He was born January 4, 1929, in Bangor, the son of Walter R. and Wilma H. (Megquire} Babb.

Following an honorable discharge from the Army, Bob worked at Pineland Training Center in New Gloucester for 25 years, then worked at Knapp Shoe Store in Lewiston. Bob spent many years in California as a private chauffeur.

In addition to his parents, Bob was predeceased by his wife Amber. He is survived by a brother, Bradley Babb of Maryland; a niece and a nephew of Maine; and good friends Gary, Debbie, Rita and Logan Lessard.

A graveside service with military honors will be held 10 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2016 at the Waugh Cemetery in Levant.
