Condolence From: Bert & Sue Moreau
Condolence: Our deepest condolences go out to the Armstrong family. We will remember Hale as one of the best friends a person could ask for. Playing cards, having coffee out, the Home Depot runs, the personal assistant to Bert, the wine tastings, the lobster feasts, all were at times the most hilarious times. Hale...walk slowly, then jog to where you were meant to go. You are free at last. We love you.

Condolence: I convey to all my deepest sympathy on Hale's passing. I was Hale 's roommate at UM Orono and went to UMFK with him as well. Unfortunately after graduation lost contact with him. He was a great guy and actually learned a great deal from him. I know as all have conveyed in their message Hale touched all,and for that he blessed each and every one of us. We are grateful and thankful, rest in peace and best to his family and friends.

Condolence: Condolences to Mark, Peggy Janet Rella and family Hale was someone that didn't want his disability to make him feel special or different. He was an extremely good athlete and above all else a wonderful human being. He was great to talk with, share a laugh or joke, always friendly and went out of his way to initiate a conversation. Remember all those times playing baseball with him especially at the Sandy Bank and Little Italy playground. He didn't let any barrier stand in his way and he certainly was competitive as heck! That's what made him one of the guys, a great coach as well and more importantly a success in life. He will be remembered fondly and missed for sure.
