The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Caswell Wood can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

I am so sorry to hear the loss of your dad. No matter how old we are - it is still very difficult to not have them here. I remember your dad well from Hermon High School - he was fair with all students. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of your family.

Condolence: To the family of Caswell Wood:

I was a graduate of Hermon High School, class of 1972, and Caswell Wood was our Principal at that time. I remember that he was a stern man, and always wore a bow tie. I didn't realize that he had been in the service until I read his obituary. He also lived in Bet Mar at Zephyrhills, which is where my 94 yr old aunt lives. Mr. Wood's accomplishments are many, and surely he leaves behind a big void. My sincere sympathies to you all.
