Michael A. Butler, Jr.
Winterport
Michael A. Butler, Jr., 29, passed away unexpectedly, August 12, 2017, in Frankfort, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born in Bangor, July 3, 1988, son of Michael A. Butler, Sr. and Denise (Pinette) Butler.
Mike was a graduate of Hampden Academy, class of 2007. While a student at Hampden, he also attended UTC, where he earned a certificate for plumbing and heating. Upon graduation from high school, he began working with J.S. Barry Industries, where he worked until the time of his death.
Michael is survived by his parents; a daughter, MacKenzie Butler of Levant; a brother, Nick Butler of Winterport; paternal grandmother, Donna Butler of Winterport; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and the love of his life, Emma Clark of Frankfort.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Sam Butler; maternal grandparents, Joyce and Donald Heatley and Dennis Pinette, Sr.
Relatives and friends are invited to call 6 to 8 pm. Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at the Hampden Gilpatrick Chapel of Brookings-Smith, 45 Western Ave., Hampden, where a funeral service will be held 12:30 pm. Wednesday, August 16, 2017. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Winterport.
