Lawrence “Larry” Goodstein
Bangor
Lawrence “Larry” N. Goodstein, 67, died September 22 , 2017, after a brief illness. He was born October 14, 1949, the son of Benjamin and Hilda (Markow) Goodstein.
Larry graduated from Bangor High School and Husson College with a degree in business administration. He served in the Air National Guard and spent most of his career in retail management. Larry was a member of Beth Israel Synagogue.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth.
Surviving are his brother, Henry Goodstein and his wife, Josephine of Newnan, GA.; two nieces, Rebecca Wilkins-Brown of Franklin, TN., Anastasia Goodstein of New York City; grand-nephews, Evan and Connor Wilkins, grand-niece, Samantha Belford.
A funeral service was held 10 AM. Sunday, September 24, 2017 at the Jewish Funeral Chapel, 118 Center St., Bangor. Burial took place in Beth Israel Cemetery, Bangor.
