Angel Allen Nadeau, 44, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at her home. For 20 years, she was the beloved wife of Steven Nadeau, originally of Winterville Plantation, and mother to two young daughters, Alexa and Alivia.
Angel was born on January 25, 1973 in Dover-Foxcroft, and was a lifelong resident of Maine. She was the daughter of Kathy (Davis) and the late Mark Allen. She was employed as a Customer Service Representative at Fairpoint Communications. At work and at home, Angel was known for her ready smile, and sparkling laughter, which brightened the lives of those around her. An avid fan of the Beatles, Weird Al Yankovic, 80s pop music, and everything Disney, Angel will be forever remembered for the effortless fun she brought with her, and her endless love for family and friends.
In addition to her husband and daughters, Angel is survived by her sister and brother-in-law April and Michael Ditzel of Bangor; her grandfather, Donald Davis of Guilford; her father- and mother-in-law, James and Linda Nadeau of Winterville Plantation; her brother- and sister-in law Jeffrey and Erin Nadeau of Burlington, Connecticut; her brother- and sister-in-law Mark and Jamie Nadeau of Presque Isle; six nieces and nephews; and countless other friends and family.
Relatives and friends are invited to call 3-5 pm. Sunday, October 29, 2017, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St. Bangor. A Funeral Mass will be held 11 am. Monday, October 30, 2017 at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 768 Ohio St., Bangor. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments in the parish hall, following the mass.
