Condolence: Hi Bill and family- We're so sorry to hear of Kathy's untimely death. Just not fair! I remember Kathy from the time we worked together - she was always a staunch believer in fairness and justice. She never held back from speaking up when she thought someone was being slighted or denied the best of care. She was simply the finest we can hope for in a human being.
