Carol Anne Kaprow, 73, of Boynton Beach FL, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly at her home on January 24, 2018. She was born in Bangor, July 28, 1944, the daughter of Ralph and Rosemary Malcolm.

After graduating from Bangor High School, Carol Anne exercised her passion in direct patient care through various roles within the medical field. She was a member of Beth Israel Synagogue where she also served as a part of the Chevrak Kadisha. Carol Anne enjoyed reading, staying informed on current events and above all, spending time with family and friends. She married her soul mate, Michael B. Kaprow, of Bangor, on August 8, 1988.

Left to honor and remember Carol Anne are her beloved parents, Ralph and Rosemary Malcolm; spouse, Michael; their three children, Amey Molloy of Summerville SC., Tammy Moore, and her husband, Michael of Summerville SC, and Robert Rosewall and his wife, Heather, of Biddeford, her four grandchildren, Hannah Lyons and Abigail Boulier of Bangor, Allyson Molloy of Yarmouth, and Holly Rosewall of Biddeford; sister, Constance Hollifield of Zebulon, NC, brother, Ralph Malcolm and his wife, Sharon of Cumberland, and sister in-law, Gail Ginsberg and her husband, Bob of Trumbull, CT; and her cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins. We will always remember our beloved mother for her sense of humor, openness of adventure, contagious smile and her willingness to reach out to others. You will be loved and missed by all.

A graveside service will be held 1pm Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Beth Israel Cemetery, Severance Road, Bangor. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center Street, Bangor, following the service. Those who wish to remember Carol Anne in a special way, may make gifts in her memory to the Bangor Humane Society, 693 Mount Hope Avenue, Bangor, ME 04401.
