SMsgt McHale was an extraordinary Non-Commissioned Officer of impeccable integrity. Billy's work and leadership epitomized all that was good and decent about our profession. He saw the best in everyone and by example provided a role model for excellence in the Fabrication Field. But he was more than a senior NCO, he was also a friend to all. Life is finite, but the better for having known Bill.
