The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Evelyn Dunn can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Evelyn Elizabeth  Dunn (Lonealey)
HOWLAND - Evelyn E. Dunn, 86, wife of the late Donald Dunn, passed away on March 31, 2018, at a Howland nursing home.
She was born on February 14, 1932, in Bingham, Maine, the daughter of Frank and Clara Longley.

Family and friends were Evelyn's passion and delight. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by two children, Daniel Dunn Sr. and wife Brenda of Howland and Robbie Delano and husband Greg of Howland.

Four grandchildren; Daniel Dunn Jr. and wife Amanda of West Enfield, Brandi Smith and husband Troy of Lincoln, Donald Delano and significant other Candance of Lincoln and Randy Delano of Howland. Six great grandchildren; Colin and Caiden Dunn of West Enfield, Owen and Daniel Smith of Lincoln and Donald (DJ) and Emilee Delano of Lincoln.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Mary Dunn. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. All while caring and raising her family, she worked in the shoe manufacturing industry for many years.

Evelyn was happiest when she was spending time with her family and friends, especially while dancing and socializing at the music jams within her community. She had a contagious smile that could light up the room. She will be sadly missed.
The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the staff at Cummings Health Care Facility along with all those who loved and cared for Evelyn over the last few months.

Interment will be in the Howland Cemetery, later in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Activities Center at Cummings Health Care Facility.
