Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Irving V. Joy Jr. can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Maj. Gen. Wilfred Hessert
Condolence: Irving was the epitome why the Maine Air National Guard was such a great unit. His expertise and pride in both his work and the unit were an example for all. It seems that we are losing so many of the people that made our Wing so great. And Irving was one of those great Technicians and Non Non-commissioned Officers that were the bedrock of our unit. Our sincerest condolences to his family. A great Guardsman, a Great American and a decent and caring man. Gen. Hessert
