My “other” Dad!

I have spent many enjoyable hours at Keith and Shirleys Home over the years.....their daughter, Dee became a very important and loved friend of mine after meeting her when she became the loving and caring wife of my deceased cousin, Dick Hancock! Keith always had a big hug and a very loud laugh to greet me with each time I stopped for a visit! We almost always would go in his what I liked to call his military room and viewed many metals, books, and South Korea keepsakes he had collected and valued with such pride...and rightly so!....he also had pictures of him and his grandsons, ( of which he was so very, very proud of and their service to our country!) Josh and Brandon! ..we would sit and look at his book ( something similar as a high school year book) of the years he served in South Korea! .....DAD ( as I liked to call him!) THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING OUR GREAT COUNTRY!!....I will always keep your memory close to my heart! RIP!....love you .always!....Cathy (Horr) Chandler, Dedham, Me
