I am saddened to hear of Richard passing and extend my condolences to the family. I especially wish to console Merle who has stood by Richards' side for many years and I am sure he gave his all to caring for him. My niece Leslie Littleton was a lifelong friend of Richard since they were 9 years old but my recollections of Richard go back to the late 60's when he would visit my mother Merna Hall on a regular basis. My husband loved to tease him and Richard would laugh uproariously , his laugh is etched in my mind. I always enjoyed the visits with him and Merle and they were always so kind to my mother and checked up on her often. He will be always remembered for his kindness to others.
