On behalf of the entire Green family, I want to offer our condolences to all the Labrees. We all grew up in the neighborhood and had many, many happy times with the Labrees. Carol and I renewed our friendship in our 50's and it was fun staying in touch via social media. We had a lot in common. Carol came up with a picture of what appears to be a birthday party in the lot adjacent to their home on Palm Street. It's a wonderful picture which shows some of the moms sitting and talking, girls in party dresses and little Billy Green in corduroy pants and a white shirt. I'll try to find it. Carol was always a happy, smiling person, very sweet, very kind. I'm very sorry to hear of her passing.
