DEXTER - Reverend Alfred J. Boudreau Jr., 83, died January 29, 2015 at Ross Manor. He was born, Sept 29, 1931 in Flushing NY, the son of Alfred and Elizabeth (Telka) Boudreau Sr. Alfred grew up in Ashby, MA where he graduated High School in 1949. He joined the USAF in 1951 where he served as a Loadmaster in the Korean War. Upon discharge in 1955, Alfred married Barbara Miller of Palmer, MA. He attended Gordon College where he received his BA degree in Ministry. Alfred served as a Baptist minister to churches in New England, with the longest tenure in Cambridge, Maine. He then served as Tax Assessor for the Town of Dover-Foxcroft. His passions were dance and travel. Alfred is survived by his loving wife Barbara; children Judy Nourse, of Marlborough MA, Joy Folsom, of Bangor, Alan Boudreau, of Bethesda Md, and Arthur Boudreau, of Garland; grandchildren, Mark, Alex, Jacob, Krystal, Evan, and Brandon; great grandson Leo. He is also survived by his sister Ina Larson and brother Denis Boudreau of MA. Alfred was predeceased by his daughter Janet Boudreau, his sister Iris, brothers Eugene, Donald, and Jon.
