Alice F. Goodspeed

Alice (Frazier) Goodspeed, 94, died June 6, 2015 at a Bangor hospital. She was born in Hill, N.H., March 9, 1921, daughter of Daniel and Gladys (Colby) Frazier.
Alice was a 50 year member of the Rebekkah Lodge, a charter member of the Maine Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and a charter member of the Hermon Rescue Squad. She enjoyed camping on Indian Lake in St. Albans and volunteering at Coles Land Transportation Museum, Bangor.
She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond A. Goodspeed and a step-daughter, Gloria Phillips and her husband, John; step-son-in-law, Neal Reed, two brothers, Danny and Paul Frazier, a sister, Constance Webb and two half brothers, Joseph and Clifford Hodges.
Surviving are one step-daughter, Shirley Reed, of FL.; step-grandchildren , great grandchildren; and two great, great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, June 12, 2015 at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St. Bangor, where relatives and friends are invited to call 1 p.m. until time of service. Interment will follow in the North Carmel Cemetery. Gifts in her memory may be sent to the Hermon Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 6064, Hermon, ME. 04402-6064.
