Ann Weirich

Bangor-Bucksport - Ann E. (Miller) Weirich, 83, passed away peacefully April 4, 2016. She was born in Theresa, N.Y., July 14, 1932 the daughter of Robert and Lila (Fortin) Miller. She graduated valedictorian of her high school class in Philadelphia, N.Y. Ann married Gerald Weirich in 1951 in Watertown, N.Y. Their first son, Wayne, was born in 1954 and a daughter, Wanda in 1957. They then moved to Bucksport in 1967 and a second son, Jason was born in 1971. Ann was predeceased by her husband Gerald and daughter Wanda and a sister, Agnes Trembley. Surviving are two sons, Wayne Weirich and his wife, Beth of Glenburn, Jason Weirich and his wife, Lindsay of Orrington; grandchildren, Jeremy and Danielle Weirich, Sarah Gladu and her husband, John, of Orrington. Rachel Furth-Cassidy and her husband, Charles, of Bangor, Jackson, Lila and Maizy Weirich, all of Orrington; son-in-law, Joseph Coffin of Bucksport; daughter-in-law, Michelle Weirich of Orrington; a sister, Janet Cullen of Sarasota, FL., several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held noon Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Brewer Chapel of Brookings-Smith, 55 South Main St., Brewer, where relatives and friends are invited to call 11 a.m. until time of service. Private interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Bucksport.
