Anne Borreggine

Bangor – Anne M. Borreggine, 80, died after a brief illness August 10, 2016, at a Bangor healthcare facility. She was born October 1, 1935 in Bayonne, NJ.

Anne attended school in The Bronx, NY, graduating from PS32. She married Nicholas Minuti, and together they had 3 children. In the late 70’s Anne and Nicholas divorced, and she moved to Maine with her 2 youngest children, Catherine and Nicholas, Jr. She went to work for the State of Maine in what is now known as the Office of Elder Services, a job she held for many years, and got a lot of pride from. She also graduated from Bangor Theological Seminary in later years. She was very well liked among her friends, and got a lot of satisfaction from her cats and birds. Anne was a go-getter. Once she made up her mind about something she went after it.

Anne is survived by son, Joseph Minuti and wife Tina, Daughter Catherine Fisher and husband David, and son, Nick Minuti; 3 sisters, Margaret, Angela, and Jerry; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private for the family.
