Beverly Smith

April 16, 1943 — February 2, 2025

Beverly Smith, 81, of Glenburn, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 2, 2025, after a long struggle with chronic heart disease. Beverly was born April 16, 1943, in Lincoln, Maine, the daughter of Robert and Juanita (Clough) Moores.

Beverly was employed at various times as a C.N.A., giving compassionate nursing care. She was a 1972 graduate of Elohim Bible Institute in Castile, New York. A woman of strong Christian faith, her studies at EBI equipped her to be active in mission and church work throughout her lifetime, serving with her husband wherever the ministry required them to be. In addition to her parents, Beverly was predeceased by her sister, Evon M. Moores; and son, Dean R. Smith. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Rev. Carroll R. Smith; daughters, Lori J. (Michael) Rosenbauer and Katrina F. Clement; brothers, Larry R. (Lauren) Moores, Jerry W. (Judy) Moores, Douglas E. Moores; and sisters, Fae M. Gilbride, and Patricia J. (Michael) Cliff.
