Branden Edward Look, 24, tragically left this world and all who loved him, November 2, 2013 in Kenduskeag. Branden was born March 26, 1989, in Bangor, the treasured son of Brian Douglas Look and Pammy Lou (Bigham) Bell.
Branden lived to hunt and fish. He was an avid outdoorsman from a young age, when he would steal his sister, Misty’s, earrings and nail polish to make fishing lures with. He held his fishing holes a secret, only telling where the good spots were to his closest friends. Branden especially loved going to Duck Lake, where he always had good luck fishing. Deer hunting was another passion of Branden’s, one that he often shared with one of his favorite hunting buddies and little sister-in-law, Lesley. He often spoke of his dream of being a taxidermist, and it wasn’t unusual to open his freezer to find an animal waiting to be stuffed or turned into steak. When he wasn’t outdoors, Branden would be found watching whatever football game he could find, and of course, rooted for the Patriots. Branden took great pride at his work in the parts department of Glidden Auto Body. He will be missed by the entire Glidden Auto Body family.
Branden had a contagious smile that would light up any room he was in. He adored his childhood sweetheart and wife, Ashley and couldn’t wait to be a dad to his daughter, Madison Mae, due to be born in February. Branden had the humor and confidence to make fast friends of anyone he met, whether they were 9 years old or 90. He would help anyone he could with whatever they needed, and was the first to offer the shirt off his back if they needed it. He will always be remembered as a great son, loving brother, wonderful husband and friend to all, and missed terribly by all his hunting, fishing and softball buddies.
In addition to his wife, Ashley (Wiley) Look, and baby daughter on the way, Madison Mae, both of Brewer, Branden is survived by his loving mother, Pammy-Lou (Bigham) Bell and her partner, Steve Emerson of Carmel; father, Brian Look and his partner, Tracey Field of Hermon; special stepfather, Steve Bell of Hermon; sister, Misty Look and her boyfriend, Zachary Chapman of Brewer; brother, Zachary Burgess -Look of Hermon; sister, Kassidy Look of Hermon; step brother, Tristan Emerson of Carmel; step brother, Steven Bell, Jr. of Hermon; special mother and father-in-law, Tammie and Ronald Wiley of Glenburn; sisters-in-law, Amanda Davis, and her husband Jim of Farmington, Lesley Wiley of Glenburn, and Jen Turcotte and her husband, Jeff of Ellsworth; grandmother Bonita Walsh of Eddington,; grandfather, Douglas Look and his wife, Ellie of Rockport, Texas; as well as many special aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
