HUDSON – Brenda M. Bubier, 68, died September 28, 2016 at St. Joseph Hospital from complications with Parkinson’s disease. She was born January 7, 1948 in Bangor, the daughter of Donald Green and Evangeline (Vinson) Hanson.
Brenda was a graduate of East Corinth Academy and was employed at St. Joseph Hospital for 23 years, retiring as Supervisor in the Registration Department. She will be remembered for being kind, supportive, helpful and generous. Brenda always put others ahead of herself whether at work with friends, or with family. Those who knew Brenda already know this. She enjoyed cooking, reading, farming and raising farm animals.
Brenda is survived by her loving husband, David A. Bubier; her mother, Evangeline; stepfather. Richard; sisters, Candace, Cindy, Robin, Becky and Rae Jean; brothers, Dale and Bret; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 11 am Saturday, October 8, 2016 in the Chapel of St. Joseph Hospital, Bangor with Chaplain Andrew Files officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments 4 to 6pm Monday, October 10, 2016 at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center Street, Bangor.
