BRIAN THOMAS JOHNSON
PROSPECT/BANGOR
Brian T. Johnson, passed away July 18th, 2022. He was born September 1st, 1978, the son of Donald P. Jr and Carol A. (Rainey) Johnson.
Brian graduated Bucksport High School, Class of 1997. He then attended Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in computer information systems. Brian enjoyed working many years with the people at Cuso Mortgage Corporation as a computer technician. He enjoyed playing football and competing in track, and was also a Boy Scout, achieving the rank of Life Scout. He also played the saxophone. Brian was very skilled with computers and enjoyed video gaming on his custom built personal computer. Through these video games, he was able to keep in good touch with many of his family and friends he grew up with over the years. Brian enjoyed traveling as well, traveling twice to Europe, once to Mexico visiting the Aztec Ruins, the Caribbean, and even doing a 5 day trip down the St. Croix River. He was movie lover, a fan of the Star Wars franchise.
Brian is survived by his parents, Donald P. Jr and Carol A. (Rainey) Johnson; his brother, Eric and his wife, Ali Johnson of Winterport; his brother, Kenneth and his wife, Angela Johnson, of Epping, New Hampshire; and five nieces and nephews; Tyler and his wife Sarah, Nicholas, Zoey, Liam and Fiona Johnson. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Thornton and Avis Rainey and Donald Sr and Geneva Johnson.
Relatives and friends are welcome to call from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, July 24th, 2022, at the Hampden-Gilpatrick Chapel of Brookings-Smith, 45 Western Ave, Hampden, with a memorial service following at 4pm, with Rev.
