Carol C. Cutter, 95, died with grace at the home of her beloved daughter Kimberly on April 26, 2016. She was born in Eddington, July 5, 1920, daughter of William Carr and Nettie Davis-Carr. Carol graduated from Bucksport schools in 1938 and the Bangor Maine School of Commerce in 1941. Carol married the love of her life, Lloyd, in 1942. He died in 1998. Additionally, her only sister, Leslie Perkins died in 1999. Carol was a devoted member of the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Her hope was that comfort would be found in the resurrection hope. Carol’s love of gardening illustrated her belief that the world should be full of beautiful flowers to magnify her God Jehovah.
Carol is survived by two daughters, Kirsten Bracklow of Portland and Kimberly Luciano and her husband, Richard of Bangor; her only son, Bruce and wife, Anna of Bangor; grandchildren, Emmanuel Cutter and his wife, Erika of Brunswick and Carrie and husband, Peter Profenno and children, Ruby and Marco of Grey; as well as many special friends and relatives, including Mark and Charlotte Cutter and Ray and Julie Pettengill.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2029 Broadway, Bangor. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.BrookingsSmith.com
