Chris Ames

Dover-Foxcroft- Chris Alan Ames Jr, 25, died January 11, 2025. He was born in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, on December 18, 1999, a son of Chris Alan Ames Sr. and Melanie (LaBlanc) Ayer.

Chris graduate in 2019 from Good Will-Hinkley High School Fairfield, Maine. He worked in the school store cashing out students. He loved numbers. He loved helping people! He collected watches and loved to baseball cards. He loved going to card shops and card shows. He was very interested in those who served our country. His love for his family and God went beyond "normal" reason. Chris just wanted everyone to know about Jesus by showing them his cross and asking do you know Jesus?

He is survived by his mom, Melanie and dad Danny Ayer, sister Brittany Boone, his grandparents Russell and Karen La Blanc, Virginia Brown and Charles Wells, Ernie and Ann Richardson. Uncles and aunts: Russell and Amanda La Blanc, Dana La Blanc, Jesse La Blanc, Pamela and David Parsons, Louisa Finnemore, Ronald and Maureen Ames, and Trina and Kristy Ayer, and John and Tammy Collins.

Predeceased by father Chris Ames Sr, grandparents Beaulah and Ronald Ames, Tracy Burrill and Darrel Finnemore. Special friends and Family: Jason Zimmerman, Hunter McSorley, Bob and Nanna, and Maney.

Celebration of Life will be held at the Dover- Foxcroft Church of the Nazarene, 4 Paine Rd on February 15, 2025 at 11:00 am with a potluck meal to follow.
