Brewer and Zephyrhills, FL - Cynthia C. Sirois Harvey, 82, died peacefully on February 15, 2022. She was born on September 21, 1939, in Addison, Maine the daughter of Gordon M. and Julia V. (Drisko) Crowley.
Cynthia grew up in Jonesport, Maine and graduated from Jonesport High School in 1959. She graduated from Eastern Academy of Beauty Culture in Bangor and worked as a beautician in Northeast Harbor and Cherryfield for several years. After moving to Bangor, she was supervisor of Housekeeping at B.M.H.I and retired after 25 years of service.
She married Peter Sirois in 1975. They had twenty years together and enjoyed their adventures traveling and the many gatherings with special friends. After Peter’s death, she met and married Harold Harvey in November 2002. They lived an active and happy life in Betmar Park in Zephyrhills and spent summers between the camp on Pleasant Lake in Stetson, Maine, and their home in Brewer.
In addition to her parents, Cynthia was predeceased by her husband, Peter Sirois, and a special cousin, Ronnie Gray.
She is survived by her husband, Harold A. Harvey, and his children, Alan Harvey and wife, Nancy, Holly Littlefield and husband, Gary, and Lori Peck and husband, Doug; step grandchildren, Matthew Harvey, Scott and Esther Littlefield, Rachel and Wilbel Castillo, and Michelle Peck; three step great-grandchildren, Eli Littlefield, Lindsay Littlefield, and Kirsten Littlefield; brother-in-law, Alvin Harvey and wife, Thelma; cousins, Adelaide and Robert Garett, Charlene Gray, Sally and Hillson Beal, David Cunningham, Peg Stevens, and Marge Drisko.
The family wishes to thank the caregivers at Sylvia Ross Home, where Cindy has resided for the last year and also grateful thanks to the staff at Ross Manor.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 21, 2022 at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with Pastor David Gardiner, officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center St., Bangor, immediately following the service.
