David Stickney, 29, left this world way too early, on May 16, 2020 after a hard fought battle with stomach cancer. He was born in Bangor July 24, 1990 the beloved son of David P. Stickney and Renee Dorr. David graduated from Mattanawcock High School and attended Husson College.
David had an engaging personality with a great sense of humor. He was loved by all who knew him. He was the epitome of a well- mannered young man.
David enjoyed cats, especially his Morty, raccoons, music and was an enthusiastic and unwavering Patriots fan. He liked to play x box and enjoyed making people smile.
Surviving are his father, David Stickney; his mother, Renee Dorr; his beloved sister with whom they shared an extra special bond since childhood, Taylor Sprague and her husband, Ryan and their two sons, Oliver and Landon; his paternal grandfather, Philip Stickney and his fiancé, Amanda Umel; many aunts, uncles cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Heidi Holsomback; and maternal grandfather, and grandmother, Elliot Charles Dorr and Jeanette Nina Taylor.
A celebration of his life will be held once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
