Deanna Patterson

Deanna Arbo Patterson, 77 died December 17, 2018 at a Bangor Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 7, 1941, in Bangor, the daughter of Malcolm E. & Mabel F. (Clark) Arbo.
Deanna graduated from Hampden Academy, class of 1960 and nine days later married her high school sweetheart, Dennis R. Patterson. Together they raised three children.
Surviving in addition to her loving husband, Dennis, are her children, Denise Hodsdon and her husband Paul of Ashville, NC; Vicky Thayer and her husband Wayne of Brewer; and Fred Patterson and his wife Monica, of Brewer; four grandchildren, Andrew Patterson, Greg Patterson, Ian Thayer, and Autumn Thayer; five special great-grandchildren; sister, Marge Strang, brothers Ralph Arbo and his wife Jeanne, Scott Arbo and his wife Karen. A special thank you to daughter-in-law Monica for the loving care she showed Deanna over the last few years.
Friends are welcome to gather with the family from 4-7 PM, Thursday, December 20, 2018, at the Hampden-Gilpatrick Chapel of Brookings-Smith, 45 Western Ave., Hampden.
