BREWER & OLD TOWN – Dora M. (Breau) Richard, 98, died peacefully at The Meadows in Old Town on January 17, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 1, 1921 in Shediac, NB, the daughter of Denis and Eleonore (Hebert) Breau. Dora is survived by her daughters, Denise Greeley and husband, Robert of Point Blank, TX, Geraldine Spencer and husband, William of Brewer, and Phyllis Hawkes and husband, James of Glenburn; grandchildren, Aaron Greeley and wife, Melanie, Danielle McDonough and husband, Jason, Briana Adams and husband, J.C., and Joshua Hawkes and wife Tina; great-grandchildren, Colette, Camille, Amelia, Delaney, Reegan, Peyton, Lauren, and Evan. In addition to her husband Gerard, Dora was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. The family would like to give a special thanks to Nancy, Sue, and the staff at The Meadows in Old Town for the wonderful care of our mom, nana, grammy. A Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at St. Teresa’s Catholic Church, 425 South Main Street, Brewer, with Rev. Frank Murray officiating. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Catholic Cemetery, Ohio Street, Bangor.
