Douglas E. Colford

Douglas E. Colford, passed away August 10, 2022 after a long illness. He went to St. John’s school and on to John Bapst and graduated in 1979. Doug worked for River City cleaning for several years.
Surviving in addition to his mother, Carmen (Poulin) Colford are brothers, Michael Colford and his wife, Linda and their children, Zak and his wife Nicole, Samantha, Harley and Jesse; Andrew Colford and his wife, Donna and their children, Kristin, Kale, and Jake and his wife, Tianna; two aunts, one uncle and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father, Derryl E. Colford.
The family would like to give sincere thanks and appreciation to Eastport Residential Care Facility and to Sunrise County Dialysis for the years of care they gave to Doug.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am Friday, August 19, 2022 at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church, 217 York St., Bangor, followed by the Rite of Committal at Mt. Pleasant Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions in his memory may be sent to St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church.
