Edith (Goss) Hewes, 81, passed away peacefully June 15th, 2022, surrounded by her loving family in Brewer. Edith was born, November 12th, 1940, in Bangor.
Edith worked for Eastern Maine Medical Center for 30 years until her retirement.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Hewes; her brothers; Fred Goss, Edwin Goss (Joan); her sisters; Ruth Veazie (Doug), Diane Wilkins (Bill – deceased), Cindy Hewes (Mike), many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents.
Graveside services for family will be held at a later date.
