HERMON- Esther M. (Harris) Overlock, 93, passed away November 25, 2020 surrounded by her loving children. She was born July 14, 1927 in Perham, the daughter of Guilford and Bertha (Wilcox) Harris.
Esther was a born again Christian and an amazing mother and grandmother. She worked in health care from her home for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Harold Overlock in 2002.
She is survived by her daughter, Estelle Overlock; five sons, Wendell Overlock and his wife, Joan of Hermon, Robert and his wife, Brenda of Bucksport, Dwight Overlock of Bucksport, Rick Overlock and his wife, Brenda of Hermon, Ron Overlock and his significant other, Lois Meeks of Hermon; brother, Martin Harris; sisters, Elizabeth York, Connie Lawrence, and Linda Weeks; 17 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Jesus gained another angel in Heaven. Esther will be missed by many.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. November 28, 2020 at Snows Corner Cemetery, Hermon. Following the service there will be a reception at the West Hampden Baptist Church, 574 Western Avenue, Hampden, ME 04444.
