Eva H. Smith, 99, died October 11, 2013, at a Bangor healthcare facility. She was born March 26, 1914, in Bradley, the daughter of Willis and Rose (Francis) Rowell.
Eva enjoyed berry picking with her dear friend Lila and grilled hot dogs. She worked as a cook in a local hospital for many years.
She is survived by a step-daughter, Mary Crawford; a granddaughter, Vicky Watson and husband Bruce; great-grandchildren, Joshua and Bradley. She was predeceased by her first husband, Alexander Clark, second husband Lawrence Smith, two sisters, Hattie Smith and Frances Treadwell, and special friends, Lila and Doug Davis.
Interment will be private for the family at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor. A service of Brookings-Smith, Bangor. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.BrookingsSmith.com.
