Felicia “Faye” Florence Gould, 85, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2019, at a Brewer healthcare facility. She was born November 14, 1933 in Winterport, the daughter of Maynard S. and Gertrude (Clark) Wescott.
Faye worked with her husband Roger in the well drilling business taking care of the books for many years. She was incredible at crochet and enjoyed making things with her many friends. Faye also enjoyed traveling and spending her winters in Florida going to flea markets. Faye was married for 58 wonderful years to Roger Gould until his passing in 2010. She was a long standing member of Rebekah’s Lodge of Monroe, #136 I.O.O. F. Faye will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister and a friend to all.
She is survived by her children, Gary Gould and wife Heidi, Sherry Cole and husband Ralph, and Rhonda Pellerin; 7 grandchildren; Troy, Travis, Jodi, Jason, Oliver, Stephen, and Nathan; 8 great-grandchildren, Corey, April, Isabella, Colby, Kaleb, Kiera, Ryker, and Jaxton; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by two brothers; Maynard “Buddy” Wescott Jr and Lee.
Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Noon, Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at the Hampden-Gilpatrick Chapel of Brookings-Smith, 45 Western Avenue, Hampden. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 11 AM until the start of the service. Interment will be at Pilgrim’s Home Cemetery, Monroe. Relatives and friends are invited to a reception at Faye’s home, 679 Stream Road, Winterport, following the interment.
