Frank Mayhew

Carmel - Frank Mayhew jr., 77, died at his home unexpectedly on December 22, 2016. He was born December 11, 1939 in Levant, the son of Frank and Mildred (Edminister) Mayhew.
Frank was the beloved husband of his sweetheart, Dottie of 59 years. He loved working in the woods logging, hunting and fishing. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by a son Scotty Mayhew, and grandson, Frankie Mayhew.

Surviving in addition to his wife Dorothy; sister Ada Boudreau of Old Town; Daughters, Cindy St. Louis and husband, Tommy, Anna Cramer and Husband, Mickey, both of Carmel, Peggy Smith and husband, Dennis, of Houlton; Sons, Timmy Mayhew and wife, Trish, and John-Boy Mayhew both of Carmel, Skip Mayhew and wife, Vicki, of Glenburn; daughter in-law, Terry Mayhew of Carmel; Grandchildren, Jason, Jenny, Jessie, Jeff, Jamie, Shantelle, Nikki, Tasha, Misty, and T.J; twenty seven great grandchildren and great-grandson Coty and Reilly parents of great-great grandson Colton Scott.

Special thanks to Dysart's and H.O. Bouchard for his career in the logging business.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, December 26, 2016 at Brookings-Smith 133 Center St., Bangor where funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2016 with pastor Tammy Noyes of the Church of the Restoration, officiating.
