Gary Morin “Mr.,” 63, died unexpectedly November 1, 2020, in Winterport. He was born May 18, 1957, in Fort Kent, the son of Norman and Dolly (Desjardins) Morin.
Gary graduated from Madawaska High School, Class of 1975. Following graduation he served in the U.S. Army. Upon his return from serving, he moved to Connecticut. In 1992, Gary returned to Maine to be closer to his family. He and his brother-in-law, Mark, started their own paving company and he continued working in the industry upon his death, working for Wellman Paving.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, is his sister, Gail Theriault; his brother, David; his sister, Lynn Allen and her husband, Mark; their children, Lindsey and her fiancé, Ryker, Amanda and her husband, Lance and their daughter, Sophia, and Zac. Uncle Gary shared a special bond with his nieces and nephew. Also surviving is Gary’s special friend, Debra Fuller and her grandchildren, Tabitha Warford, Austin Giles and Kaylee Bell; and special friends, Techia Hanson and Casey Kingsbury.
Gary was predeceased by his father, Norman; and brother-in-law, Donald Theriault.
