Brewer - Gloria J. Dionne, "G-MA", passed away January 25, 2022 with her loving children, Kim and Kevin, by her side. She was born July 8, 1940 in Bangor to Alfred and Madeline (Ashe) Ouellette.
Gloria graduated from Old Town High School. She worked many years in retail and eventually retired from H.E. Sargent. After graduation, Gloria married her high school sweetheart, William "Bill" Dionne, the love of her life. Together they raised three children, traveled, built their dream home on Pushaw Lake, and shared their love of sports. She loved her New England teams...especially the Pats. Gloria really loved when they beat the Steelers. She did give the Giants a break since two of her best friends were Giants fans.
Gloria's purpose in this life was always family and friends. So many memories were made camping with her family, traveling with Bill and her friends, and Thursday nights with the girls. Gloria never wanted to go in to a nursing home but she found a second family in the staff at Ross Manor. They were there to comfort, calm, laugh, and cry with her. The family cannot thank the staff enough for their wonderful care of Gloria and the love and support they showed the family in Gloria's last few days.
In addition to her parents and husband, Gloria was predeceased by a brother, "Junior " and sister, Lorraine.
Surviving are her daughter, Kimberly Blair and her husband, Glenn, of Milford; son, Kevin Dionne and his wife, Nicki, of Milford; daughter, Marsha Smith and family, of Glenburn; grandchildren, Lindsey Blair and her significant other, Dylan Borja, of Milford; Jenna Giles and husband, Neil, of Newburgh; step-grandchildren, Devin Levesque of Old Town, and Nick Levesque of Milford; great-grandchildren, Lane and Adeline "Della" Giles of Newburgh; Step-great-grandchildren, Braydon Levesque of Old Town, and Lyric Levesque of Old Town; brothers, Wayne Ouellette and wife, Muriel, of Hudson, and Nelson Ouellette of Costigan; lifelong friends, Donna and Sonny Guay of Old Orchard Beach, and Pat and Bob Boucher of Old Town; sister-in-law, MaryAnn Sibley and husband, Gary, of Florida; many nieces and nephews.
