Gordon A. Warner, 75, of Levant passed away from a long illness on August 21, 2024. He was born on September 11, 1948, the son of Ovila and Mildred (Foster) Warner.
After graduating high school, Gordon enlisted in the Army where he served his country both stateside, as well Vietnam from 1969-1970, and Desert Storm from 1990-1991. During his time in the service, Gordon received many commendations and metals for his sacrifice. After his honorable discharge, he went on to volunteer at Cole’s Transportation Museum, teaching countless patrons and school children over his 20 year stay.
Gordon loved family, he enjoyed spending time with his wife of 37 years, Crinia, often travelling and camping together. He loved golfing, watching the Patriots and Red Sox Games, and he never missed marching in a parade honoring veterans. He will be remembered as a man who loved life, he was a kind soul, always willing to lend a hand to those in need.
In addition to his parents, Gordon was predeceased by his son, Richard; and brother, Carroll. He is survived by the love of his life, Crinia Warner; daughter, Laurie Ann Richmond; son, Michael Warner; daughter, Crystal Fournier; brother, William Warner; sisters, Debbie Carney Longley and Beryl Warner Hewitt; many nieces and nephews; as well as many grandchildren and, most recently, two great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital, 5th floor, for their outstanding care and compassion.

Graveside funeral services will be held 12 PM, Friday, September 6 , 2024, at Northern Maine Veteran’s Cemetery, Caribou Maine.
All are welcome to visit at the Rendezvous Restaurant, 60 Access Highway, Caribou, ME., following the service.
