GRACIE MARIE DEATS
BANGOR
Gracie Marie Deats, 7 weeks, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Thursday July 18, 2024. She was born on May 30, 2024 at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine, the daughter of Sean Patrick Deats and Kaitlyn Marie DeFacis.
Surviving in addition to her parents Sean Deats and Kaitlyn DeFacis, are her twin sister Eleanor “Ellie” Elizabeth Deats; maternal grandparents Kerry and Kelly DeFacis of Riverside, PA; paternal grandparents Patrick and Carol Deats of Shavertown, PA; maternal great-grandparents Edward and Janice DeFacis of Trevorton, PA; uncles Collin and Connor DeFacis of Riverside, PA; auntie Jamie Brown of Bangor, Maine; and many extended family members and friends. Gracie was predeceased by her maternal great-grandparents Grace and Harold Kreigh and paternal great-grandmother Helen Lock.
Gracie will be remembered for her likeness to her mom Kaitlyn, never one to be shy by loudly voicing her needs and wants, or her happiness and displeasures from the very moment she was born. Gracie and her twin sister Ellie shared a sweet and special bond, they clearly found comfort in each other’s presence. Gracie has touched the hearts of so many and we are so thankful for those who had the honor to share in her precious time here on earth.
