Harold L. Gerow, 90, died December 13, 2021. Son of Merrill and Doris Gerow, he was born July 12, 1931. He is greeted in Heaven by Barbara May Gerow, his beloved wife and dance partner of 67 years. He was predeceased by his granddaughter Julia Lee Gerow.
Harold graduated from Husson College and served in the Airforce during the Korean War. He enjoyed a successful career as a salesman for Moore Business Forms. He was a champion skeet/trap shooter and loved duck hunting. Harold was a lifelong member and supporter of Ducks Unlimited and the Hermon Skeet Club. He was a past President of the Jaycees.
Harold spent his summers at Swan Lake with his family. After retirement, he and Barbara spent many winters with their friends in Florida. He was a fierce competitor and loved to play cards. He was a great story-teller, faithful friend, devoted husband, loving father and Grampy.
Surviving him are his four sons, Gary Gerow and his wife, Brenda; Steven Gerow and his wife, Renee; Paul Gerow and his wife, Deb; and Stuart Gerow and his wife, Maura. He is also survived by his grandchildren Gary M. Gerow, Katelyn Gerow, Kristyn Gerow, Valerie Hatcher, Ashleigh Hubley, Kyle Main, Thomas Gerow, Mitchell Gerow, Michael Gerow, Rebekah Timms, Ashlee Black, Aimeé Gerow, Antoine Gerow, Angelique Adams, Annemarie Beauregard, and Cooper Gerow; and great grandchildren, Olivia, Garrett, Charlotte, Gabriel, Finley, Reed, Henry, Lilyann. Calvin, Lucy, Roslyn, Victoria, and Magnolia.
