Ivy N. (Rediker) Fogg, 87, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2014, just 5 days before her 88th birthday, at Ross Manor after a long illness with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Alfred A. Fogg. Ivy was born September 13, 1926, in St. Albans, Maine, the tenth child of William A. and Dora (Bull) Rediker.
Ivy worked at the Husson College food services program and also at K-Mart, retiring after 15 years as a Floor Supervisor. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Family meant everything to her and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol A. Simeone and husband Paul of Waltham, MA; her sons, Richard A. Fogg and wife Frances of Pittsburgh, PA, Robert A. Fogg and wife Cynthia of Hermon, and Dana A. Fogg and companion Cheryl Wilcox of Carmel; a sister, Rebecca Lothrop of Farmingdale; two sisters-in-law, Harriet Applebee of Hermon and Sandra Rediker of Belfast; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by nine brothers and sisters. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the Ross Manor for their wonderful care.
Graveside funeral services will be held 10 AM, Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Oak Grove Cemetery, Finson Road, Bangor. A service of Brookings-Smith, 133 Center Street, Bangor.
