Jerry D. Conn, 84, passed away September 13, 2022. He was born in Washington, D.C., September 6, 1938 the son of Gilbert D. and Dorothy (Brent) Conn.

Jerry was a star athlete in high school and he went on to play basketball in the United States Air Force as he served his country. Along the way, he took up golf and badminton.

Jerry worked his way up in the automobile business, starting in the car wash division and eventually becoming an owner of Beacon Cadillac, Oldsmobile and Jeep.

During his retirement years he spent winters in southern California, playing his beloved game of golf.
He was a member of Rising Virtue Masonic Lodge #10, Scottish Rite Bodies Valley of Bangor and Portland and Anah Shriners.

Surviving are his loving wife, Linda (Rogers) Conn; two children, Cathy Brent Conn of Old Town and Eric Forrest Conn and his wife, Sara of Birmingham, MI; siblings, Gilbert Eugene Conn of Tucson, AZ., Betty Sue Conn and Linda Brent O’Keefe, both of Silver Spring, MD.; Steven Conn and his wife Elaine of FL.; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Millie Cannon of Bradley, Karen Austin and her husband, John of Kenduskeag, Nancy Greer and her husband, Charlie of Peabody, MA., Michelle Young of Bangor, Dorothy Tardiff and her husband, Billy of Holden, Julie Lizzotte and her husband, Lester of Old Town, Arnold Westman and his wife, Katharine of Hermon, Vaughn Rogers III of Auburn and Scott Rogers of Holden; sister-in-law, Christine Rogers of Holden; many nieces and nephews, and the mother of his children, Bonnie Perkins.

He was predeceased by a brother-in-law Fred Cannon II, a sister-in-law, Beth Sutherland and her husband Scott.
A Celebration of Life for Jerry will be held 11:30 am Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the Milford Congregational Church, 123 Main St./ Rte. 2 Milford. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10:30 am until the service at 11:30 am. The family invites all for a luncheon immediately following in the church undercroft.
