Jessica Mushrow

Carmel - Jessica Marie Mushrow, 40, died unexpectedly September 2, 2016. She was born in Bangor, August 2, 1976, daughter of Gary W. and Rebecca M. (Homsted) Mushrow. Jessie was a graduate of Hermon High School. Her love for animals, especially cats, was quite evident, and she referred to her own cats, Tyson and Cooper, as her children. When strays appeared at her home, she claimed them. Each year she generously donated assorted baked goods to Waterville Humane Society%u2019s fundraiser. Jessie was a talented cook and baker and was highly respected for her cake decorating skills. She and her dad shared a passion for sporty cars and enjoyed their times together at car shows and dragway events. Surviving in addition to her parents, Gary and Becky, are one sister, Angela Clark and her husband, Cory; two nephews, Andrew and Jacob, all of Dixmont; maternal uncles, Tom Homsted and Jeff Homsted; maternal aunts, Barbara Chamberlain, Betsy Robichaud, Babette Homsted, Brenda Homsted and Sandy Rothera; paternal aunts, Jean Spencer, Betty Rackliff, Connie Howes and Gloria Reynolds; paternal uncle, Kenny Lawton; many cousins and special family friends, JoAnn Emery and Jane Allen.
