BANGOR – John M. Crane, 62, died July 5, 2014, at the VA Maine Healthcare System, Togus. He was born August 25, 1951, in Skowhegan, the son of John J. and Lois R. (Foster) Crane.
John served in the United State Air Force with a tour in Panama. He worked for the United States Postal Service at the Processing Plant in Hampden. John was an avid golfer and enjoyed reading. John will be missed by his coworkers. He had two cats: Tammy and Gracie.
John is predeceased by his parents and a sister, Donna Burke.
Funeral Prayers and the Rite of Committal will be prayed at Mt. Pleasant Catholic Cemetery, Bangor, Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at 1 p.m. Those who wish to remember John in a special way may make gifts in his memory to the Bangor Humane Society, 693 Mt.
