Kenneth P. Reardon, 83, passed away unexpectedly at a Bangor Hospital on October 8, 2020. He grew up in Levant, Stockton Springs, and in Bangor. Kenneth served in the United States Air Force before graduating from the Maine Maritime Academy with a degree in Mechanical engineering. He worked for the State of Maine at BMHI in Bangor for 39 years, occasionally being called to other locations to troubleshoot difficult issues. Kenneth along with his wife, Val, owned and operated the 6 Mile Falls store for 26 years. He was an avid Nascar fan who loved everything about racing. Kenneth sponsored several racing teams through the years and was always proud to see them succeed. He also enjoyed tinkering around his garage. Kenneth was a kind man with a generous heart, especially when it came to his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by siblings and a step son, Shane. Kenneth is survived by his wife Valda; two sons, Randy and Rick; step-daughter, Stacey; sister, Betty Redman; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
