Kenneth L. "Whitey" White, Sr. Levant
Kenneth "Whitey" White, Sr., 78, died unexpectedly March 8, 2014 in Az. He was born February 8, 1936 in Millinocket, son of David A. and Ilene M. (Hill) White.
Kenny served in the US Army from 1957 to 1962. Upon his honorable discharge from the Army, he began a career of driving truck, which spanned over 50 years.
He loved his family and enjoyed spending time gathered around a bond fire. Kenny was an amazing story teller and enjoyed talking about his days as a truck driver and old family stories.
Surviving are five children, Ronald White, Paul White and his wife, Dawn, all of Az., David White and his wife Kim of Carmel, Kenneth White, Jr. and his wife Wendy of Milford, Michelle Archer and her husband, Nick of Bangor; 15 grandchildren; 17 great, grandchildren; two brothers, Larry White of Levant and Dana White,Sr. of AL., several nieces and nephews
He was predeceased by a brother,Glen White and a sister, Beverly Thayer.
