Leann Dale (Crosby) Grover, 58, passed away peacefully, April 16, 2024, surrounded by her husband and her daughters, after a long, hard battle with lung cancer. She was born September 3, 1965, in Mars Hill, ME, the daughter of William Leroy Crosby and Diana Muriel Barrey.
Leann was self-less, compassionate, fierce, strong, and fought with all of her being, and never once gave up. Leann enjoyed the simple things in life; back road car rides with no destination, love for all generations of music, thrift shopping with her daughters and enjoying every minute she could with her grandchildren.
Leann, with her husband, raised 6 beautiful children; her life revolved around them. Leann was never afraid of what was to come, she was one-of-a-kind, inside and out, and a had gentle soul. She will never be forgotten, she will forever be missed, and loved beyond words, in this life and in the next. Until we meet again, we love and miss you.
Leann leaves behind her husband and soulmate of 31 years, Earl John Grover Sr.; children; Jeremy and Justin Berry, Brandi, Delany and Destiny Grover; grandchildren; Mikayla and Brayden Berry, Izaiah Beale; siblings, David, Kathy, Billy and Bobbi-Jo.
Leann's memory lives on through the lives she touched. Her kindness and zest for life continue to inspire those who knew her.
A memorial service will be held 2PM, Saturday, May 4th, 2024, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center Street, Bangor. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center Street, Bangor, following the service. Those who wish to honor our mom in a special way may make donations to St. Jude Children's research hospital, 220 E 42nd St, New York, NY, 10017.
