Lillian E. Crocker, 95, passed away on September 1, 2016 at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine. She was born July 29, 1921 in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Manley and Edith Libby. Lillian worked at Mary Snow School in the cafeteria and library for 26 years. She enjoyed her work and sharing with others. After their retirement, Lillian and her husband, Frank, enjoyed many winters in Clearwater, Florida. Following her husband’s death, Lillian bonded with a group of friends who met daily at Lillian’s house to play cards and share joyful thoughts.
Surviving are one son, Robert Crocker and his wife Diane of Bangor; one daughter, Nancy Harris of South Carolina; six grandchildren, Kevin Crocker of Alton, Kimberly Landry of Bangor; Kelly Babcock of Newburgh, Scott Harris of Indiana, Shawn Harris and Stacey Bonner, both of South Carolina; 13 great grandchildren, 5 great, great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank of 67 years, brothers, Lawrence Higgins, Leon Higgins, Sherwood Libby and sister, Arlene Oldheime.
