FRANKFORT – Logan A. “Bubbie” Philbrick, 19, passed away peacefully October 3, 2024, at his home. He was born September 26, 2005, in Portland, the son of Gregory C. and Antonia M. (Sanborn) Philbrick.
Bubbie grew up in Frankfort, graduating from Hampden Academy, Class of 2024. Following graduation, he continued his education within their Life Skills program until his passing. He enjoyed being outside; going for walks. sitting in his swing, watching the water and the trees was his favorite pastime. He also loved going for rides in the Mustang, with the top down, feeling the breeze in his hair, on many adventures, often times on roads less traveled. He enjoyed being a Special Olympian.
In addition to his parents, Bubbie is survived by his brother, Nickolas Philbrick; sister, Emily Philbrick; nephews, Walker and Wyatt Philbrick; grandparents, Jerry and Amber Philbrick and Gregory and Jo-Ann Morin; aunts and uncles, Jerry and Julie, Sheryl and Ken, David and Pastora, Joseph and Melissa, and April and Louis; and a large, extended family.
The family would like to share a heartfelt thank you to all the staff members, therapists, and teachers involved within the K Team, Reeds Brook and Hampden Academy school systems that made such a positive impact in his life.
A Celebration of Logan’s Life will be held 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Frankfort Congregational Church, 42 S Main Rd, Frankfort.
