Lois Arlene Taylor, 84, passed away suddenly, but not unexpectedly, after a period of declining health on June 14, 2015, at a Bangor hospital. She was born August 25, 1930, in Dexter, the daughter of Walter G. and Callie M. (Dority) Nesbit.
In her early years she was a stay at home mother, caring for her children, and enjoyed many kinds of arts and crafts and reading. Her children were her life and she loved being a big part of their life as they were growing up. In 1982 she was predeceased by her loving husband Ralph Taylor. After his passing she went to work for EMMC as Dietary Technician where she enjoyed her work and all of her coworkers. More than anything her family was her life from her siblings to her grandchildren and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her very special loving sister, Jo Nesbit of Guilford; children, Storie Brown and husband Steven of Hampden, Stephen Taylor and wife Stacey of Bangor, Andy Taylor and wife Cheri of Old Town, Tracey Taylor and significant other John Willard of Bangor; grandchildren, Sean Brown and wife Leah, Chris Brown and wife Anna, Alicia Rivers and husband Nicholas, Joshua Taylor and wife Robin, Matthew Taylor, Jessica Guay and husband Roger, Kaitlin Taylor and fiancé Jonny Katt, Marcus Taylor, Gracie Taylor, Nathaniel Crane, Madelyn Crane; great-grandchildren, Kyle, Alexa, Colin, Blake, Lauren, Caroline, and Henry. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by a brother Richard Nesbit.
